Aurore

The tools for your productions.

Three apps for independent production companies, on one live workspace: Studio prepares the shoot, Stage runs the set, and Cockpit runs the company.

Day 1 of ULTIMATUM

The screens are Aurore Studio on the Mac, Stage on iPhone, and Cockpit on the web.

  1. Studio · Mac

Scene 12 goes into day 1

The director adds scene 12 to the shooting plan. Studio holds the script, the scenes and their characters, and the plan, day by day, and flags what clashes.

  2. Stage · iPhone

    Everyone has the day

The call, the place with directions, and the scenes in order are in every pocket, scene 12 included, with the one being shot now. Crew and cast see this project’s shoot only; its budgets, notes, and documents stay with the company.

  3. Stage · iPhone

    Crew call

Who is called and when, who can’t make it, and the day’s note about scene 12.

  4. Stage · iPhone

    10.C, good take

The set log keeps every take marked good or no good, each scene’s status, and the day’s marks from crew call to wrap. It works without signal and sends when the signal comes back.

  5. Cockpit · Web

The office sees it as it happens

Studio, Stage, and Cockpit read and write the same company workspace. 10.C is done in Cockpit the moment it is done on set.

Casting calls, and one profile per person.

  • Each call has a public page with its roles, questions, dates, fee, and the day to answer by. Share its link, or send it to up to 100 people from your library.
  • Actors and crew apply with their own Aurore account: they pick their roles, answer your questions, and say which days they can't make. You sort the applications into yes, maybe, and no.
  • Talent and crew fill in their profile once and share it with the companies they choose. Each update reaches those companies, and they can stop sharing at any time.

The business side, in Cockpit.

The company's documents, calendar, mail, and money, beside its films, in Cockpit on the web.

  • The Safe

Contracts, releases, invoices, and scripts, linked to a person, a place, or a project. Share one with a link that ends when you choose.

  • The Calendar

Your events beside the shoot days, and one feed for the calendar app you already use.

  • The Inbox

The company's own mail address, read by everyone in it. Mail from someone in your library is linked to them.

  • Finance

Balances and transactions from Wise, Qonto, and Mercury, side by side. Invoices go to your accountant in Pennylane.

  • Licenses

The rights you hold and grant, checked against French, Swiss, and US law, with a reminder before they end.

  • Signing

Send a contract for e-signature with Yousign. The signed copy comes back to the Safe by itself.

Questions

When can we use it?

Aurore is in development, and we use it on our own productions first. Join the waitlist and we'll write to you when it opens.

Can the crew see our budgets?

No. Crew and cast see the shoot of the project they are invited to, and nothing of the company's budgets, notes, or documents.

Which devices?

Aurore Studio runs on the Mac, Aurore Stage on iPhone, and Aurore Cockpit on the web and iPhone.

We'll write to you when Aurore opens.
